BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
The Property Tax Administrator serves as CTMI’s staff providing support to the property tax team including but not limited to providing mail support, scanning, checking addresses, and special projects.

|Client/Staff Relationship Management||Provide a positive relationship with staff and clients by greeting each person as they enter office. Answer phones promptly and courteously.|
|Office Administration||Coordinate and sort mail and other correspondence, assist with scanning, and filing in support of the property tax team. Ordering office supplies.|
|Communication/Organization||Prioritize work load to manage various tasks from multiple people within the property tax division. Prepare and organize projects. Communicate with team members to meet deadlines|
|Special Projects||Lead and/or participate in special initiatives and projects as a key resource and partner to property tax team.|
