The Property Tax Administrator serves as CTMI’s staff providing support to the property tax team including but not limited to providing mail support, scanning, checking addresses, and special projects.

Client/Staff Relationship ManagementProvide a positive relationship with staff and clients by greeting each person as they enter office.  Answer phones promptly and courteously.
Office AdministrationCoordinate and sort mail and other correspondence, assist with scanning, and filing in support of the property tax team. Ordering office supplies.
Communication/OrganizationPrioritize work load to manage various tasks from multiple people within the property tax division.  Prepare and organize projects.  Communicate with team members to meet deadlines
Special ProjectsLead and/or participate in special initiatives and projects as a key resource and partner to property tax team.
